Oldham facing striker crisis

Hughes, who missed the 2-2 Whaddon Road draw through suspension, was sent off at Northampton on Saturday and will serve another one-match ban on Tuesday.
The ban for the former West Bromwich Albion striker means that manager John Sheridan is again without a senior striker for the visit of the Robins.
Youngsters Lewis Allesandra and Dene Smalley started the Whaddon Road tie after loan striker Brett Ormerod was left out of the 18-man squad.
Smalley was injured in the win at Sixfields on Saturday and may not be fit in time to play tomorrow evening.
Sheridan secured the signature of Darren Byfield on loan from Doncaster Rovers last week, but the former Bristol City striker will be ineligible for the replay as he wasn't registered for the original tie.
The win at Northampton was secured by an Andy Liddell penalty after 76 minutes.
Liddell, who replaced Smalley after eight minutes, can play as a central striker but has been used more often on the right of midfield.
In the absence of Hughes, Byfield and Smalley he is the most likley man to partner Allesandra at the front of the team.
Sheridan made three changes to the side that started at Whaddon Road for the visit to Sixfields.
Sean Gregan, who was substituted moments after giving away a penalty, was left out as Sheridan kept faith with the back four that finished the game at Cheltenham.
Byfield came in for his debut and partnered Hughes at the front of the team.
